Welcome to Canadian Meds Pharmacy help section. To find the information that you’re looking for, please choose from the following options:

How do I Register? / How do I become a Member?

  1. Click on at top left of the menu.
  2. Please take time to read the text. Then click on to go to the next step.
  3. Complete the information form. Please make sure to complete all fields with a yellow star. Once you have completed all the required fields, click on Submit.
  4. You are now Registered, and can receive e-mails, or Save products for future reference. You cannot, however, place an Order yet.

To Order you must become a Member. By clicking Yes on the screen, you will be asked to provide the information necessary to become a Member. This information can be entered On-Line, or by Printing out the Information Forms and mailing or faxing them in. (use Acrobat Reader if necessary)

By clicking the NO button, you will exit the Registration section. You will need to return and complete the additional information later to become a Member.

How do I place an Order ?

  1. To place an Order you must be a Member and complete all required forms (see #10). Please see above. If you are a Member, go to , on the top Menu. Enter your E-mail address, and Password, and click . Click the Next button , to finish your Login session.
  2. Click the Orders Button to place an order.
  3. Select your drug, by clicking on the first letter of your drug, or by entering the name in the seach box.
  4. If you click on the first letter, all available drugs will be listed starting with the letter you have selected. Now click on your desired drug.
  5. Your drug may have different dosages, select the one you need.
  6. Once you have clicked on your chosen drug, you can now ORDER, MAKE A PRICE COMPARISON or SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
  7. To order the product, click on Buy.
  8. Now you can either continue your shopping or checkout.
  9. If you choose to continue your shopping, repeat steps 3 to 8. If you choose to checkout, you will be brought to a Check List. You must complete at least the PERSONNAL INFORMATION and the MEDICAL HISTORY to be able to order your drug.
  10. Once you have completed at least the PERSONNAL INFORMATION and the MEDICAL HISTORY , click on .
  11. The next window is the Final Review of Your Order. Check it and see if all is correct. Then click on . You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

How do I make a price comparison ?

  1. Click on product list.
  2. Choose your product by clicking on the first letter of the product or entering the name in the search box.
  3. If you clicked on the first letter, all the products available for that letter will be listed. Choose your desired drug.
  4. If your drug has different dosages available, select your exact dosage.
  5. Click on below the product’s table
  6. You will see a table with the selected product, complete all the yellow fields, and then click on Compare NOW

How do I Login?

  1. Click on Member login
  2. Enter your E-mail address and your Password in the appropriate fields.
  3. If you forgot your password, click on the link , and answer the secret question. We will e-mail you your password.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee is charged only once, no matter how many different prescriptions are included in the order.

How do I find my Product

  1. Click on product list
  2. Choose your product by clicking on the first letter of the product or entering the name in the search box.
  3. If you clicked on the first letter, all the products available for that letter will be listed. Choose your desired drug.
  4. If your drug has different dosages available, select your exact dosage.

How do I contact you?

Click , and choose telephone, Toll Free Fax, e-mail, or regular mail method of contact.

What if I cannot find my product?

Send us an e-mail indicating the brand name, generic or chemical name, strength and dosage form of the product you need. We will then contact you by e-mail with the price and availability of those products.

Do I need a prescription?

A valid legible prescription must be provided by Toll Free Fax, or regular mail.

I do not use a computer, how can I order?

We can take all necessary information (except prescription) over the telephone, or we can send you a Registration Kit by mail. See “Contact Us” for phone number, Fax Number, and address.
